Computer Hotline:

$50 / month for up to 2 hours of over the phone support

The yearly Computer Hotline contract can be canceled with 30 days prior notice.

This applies to anything you need:

--> Can I say yes to this message?

--> How can I copy this?

--> How can I add a Hyperlink?

--> How can I create a quick flash

     animation?

--> How can I change this picture?

Computer Maintenance:

$50 / month / computer (Laptop, Workstation)

We will maintain your computer so you know you did all you can do to avoid unnecessary computer frustrations.

 

We will do it all for you:

--> We will update your computer.

--> We will check if your backup is

     up-to-date.

--> We will check if your Anti-Virus and

     Anti-Spyware is up-to-date.

--> We will run a full Anti-Malware scan.

--> We will run a Baseline Security

     Analyses.

Prepaid time blocks:

(purchased at 2 hour increments)

 

This service will save you 15% off of our hourly rate. The yearly contract can be canceled with 30 days prior notice. Unused time will accumulate throughout the contract year and can be redeemed anytime within the contract year.
