Pro Bono!
An integral part of our vision for ITSF always included charitable work, knowing how difficult it can be to start, grow or just maintain a business. We would like to support small non-profit organizations and offer them free technical support (unfortunately not including hardware or licensed software).
Technical support will include, but not limited to:
- setup computers (donated or new computers)
- troubleshoot current computer problems
- setup cloud based email with your own domain name
- wireless setup
- basic website setup
We will support your computer issues in the same timely manner as any other client. Please understand that we can only take on a limited amount of pro bono clients and time is limited. We will allocate a maximum of 10 hours per month for free and after that we will offer a special non-profit rate. If necessary we will work on urgent problems after business hours or on weekends (somewhat limited, because family comes first). We all depend on the computer and the structure we created around it. Therefore we will do our best to keep you up and running, so you can concentrate on what is important to you.
